CCA PROM INFORMATION

Prom is Saturday May 6th. Grand March will take place at 5pm in the high school PAC and the dance will be held at CCA middle school 8:00-11:00pm.

The cost for prom : Seniors,Juniors and out-of-school dates will be $20. Tickets will go on sale Monday, April 24th, the sale will end Friday, May 5th. You can purchase tickets during lunch from Mary Lou.

Grand March

Grand March will be held in the high school PAC from 5:00-6:00 pm. Parents, friends and family are welcome to come.  Please note that seating will be somewhat limited, so an early arrival is best.  Doors will open to the PAC at 4:00pm.

Grand March will be handled in a first come first serve manner.  IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE GYM BY 4:45PM, YOU WILL NOT BE IN GRAND MARCH. You will be directed to line up in the gym and then proceed to the music hallway, where you will enter the stage.

Pictures

Class pictures will be taken by Olson Photography prior to Grand March.  We ask that Seniors be in the high school gym at 4:00pm all ready to go. Juniors will have their class picture at 4:15pm (they are going second due to helping set-up for prom). We will be on a tight schedule, so we need all students to arrive on time in order to be included in their class picture.

Any additional photos you would like to purchase can be ordered ala carte on the Olson order form. Formals will be taken at Grand March in the gym(this is done at the leisure of the prom goers). We ask that there is no flash photography during the photo session.

PROM WILL BEGIN AT 8:00PM AND END AT 11:00PM

Out-of-school Guests

Please remember that out-of-school dates must be APPROVED PRIOR to prom.  The front office will have forms available for out-of-school guest registration.  These MUST BE filled out and turned back into the office by May 2nd.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note out-of-school guest must have a photo I.D. when being admitted to prom.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU LEAVE PROM, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
