  • Community Food Pantry

    The Clear Creek Amana Community Food Pantry is operated by the Grace United Methodist Church and is located in the building between the middle school and the high school. It has been there for more than seven years and was visited 577 last year. They have given out 15,652 pound of food.  If you are in need of assistance, volunteers are available Mondays 4-6 p.m., Wednesdays 2-4 p.m. and Thursdays 8:30-11:30 a.m.

    The Clear Creek Amana Food Pantry is always in need of canned tuna and chicken, peanut butter, canned fruit, macaroni and cheese and toiletries. There is a box in each of the school offices for you to drop off donations.

  • VFW Auxiliary Youth program essays 3rd - 5th grade

    Date:  November 1, 2018

    Veterans of Foreign Wars Elementary Essay Contest 
    Themes: 
    3rd Grade = "What does Memorial Day mean to me..." 50-100 words 
    4th Grade = "What does the Star-Spangled Banner mean to me..." 75-100 words 
    5th Grade = "What it is and why do I love the United States of America100-150 words 
    list on the back page; student name and parents names,, name of school attending, teachers name, phone number of both parents, sponsoring VFW Auxiliary Post (use Post 8797) 

    Suggested Guidelines; 
    Teachers may introduce the project to ther class Teachers may not assist the student with speling or grammar. 
    Teachers may encourage discussion of the theme with others including parents of the student or a mentor. 
    Write complete sentences as neatly as possible or it can be typed as well. Check spelling and punctuation.

  • AYSO 1103 Soccer Fall/Spring Season Registration Open Now

    Date:  July 27, 2018
    Where:  Amana Soccer Fields/Brooklyn Soccer Fields

    AYSO Region 1103 offers great recreational and competitive soccer programs to kids age 3 to 19. We currently have teams practicing in Amana, Williamsburg, Belle Plaine, Victor, and Brooklyn. 

    We offer trained coaches and referees, and a full 12 game fall/spring season, as well as the opportunity to participate in multiple secondary programs. Whether you want to introduce your toddler to team sports, prepare your teen for high school athletics, or simply enjoy safe, fun, recreational athletics, we have the program for you!!! Many of our current CCA high school soccer players have played AYSO 1103 soccer during their youth.

  • CCA Youth Soccer 2018

    Where: Tiffin Soccer Fields

    CCA Youth Fall Soccer Program will run 8 weeks from early September through the end of October, with a shortened season of 6 weeks for the Pre K/K League.

  • CCA Football Camp Grades K - 12th

    Date:  July 30 - August 2, 2018

    Where:  CCA High School

    Camp will focus on the fundamentals and basic skills used in the game of football. The campers will learn the terminology and philosophy of the Clipper football program. Campers will drill in all football areas: Offense, Defense, and Special Teams, while having time to compete in fun, teamoriented games each day.

    COACHING STAFF Coaches from CCA High School, Middle School, area youth teams, and former CCA/college players comprise the Clipper Football Camp with an exceptional coaching staff.

  • Coloring Contest for National Advanced Driving Simulator

    The National Advanced Driving Simulator is celebrating their 20th Year Anniversary with various activities throughout the year.     The National Advanced Driving Simulator is the nation's largest and first of its kind anywhere in the world. And right here in Iowa! Their main mission is to improve safety by researching the connection between drivers, motor vehicles, and road users. To do this, they work with sponsors from the government, military, and industry to conduct research in their simulators and with their on-road research vehicles.
